Terms & Conditions — "Guess the Sale Price" Competition

2. Eligibility
Entry is open only to natural persons who are residents of Victoria, Australia, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of Realty Finder Group Pty Ltd and the vendor(s) of the property described in these Terms are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry period
Entries open and close . Entries received after the entry period closes will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
To enter, complete the entry form at this page with all required fields and submit your best estimate of the final auction sale price for the property described above. Entry is free. Limit of one entry per person for the duration of the competition; multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
5. How the winner is determined
This is a game of skill — there is no random or chance-based element to determining the winner. The winner is the eligible entrant whose estimated sale price is the closest to the actual auction sale price of the property without exceeding it, and no more than $5,000 below it (i.e. a qualifying guess must fall between [actual sale price − $5,000] and [actual sale price], inclusive). If the property is passed in or does not sell at auction, or if no entry falls within the qualifying range, no winner will be declared for this competition — all entrants will be thanked for participating and invited to enter future Realty Finder Group competitions.
6. Tie-break
If two or more eligible entries are equally the closest qualifying estimate, the prize will be shared equally between those tied entrants (e.g. if three entrants tie, each receives one third of the $500 AUD prize).
7. Prize
The prize is a $500 AUD gift card, delivered to the winner following notification. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at entry, within 7 days of the auction. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt, the winner forfeits the prize. The prize will not be reallocated to another entrant in this circumstance.
9. Verification and disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and any entry, and to disqualify any entrant or entry that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, unauthorised, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through this competition is used by Realty Finder Group to administer the competition (including contacting and verifying the winner) and, only where the entrant has separately opted in, to send market updates and new property alerts. Information is accessed by Realty Finder Group staff only and is not shared with any third party without the entrant's consent, except where required to operate the competition (e.g. an email delivery provider engaged by the Promoter under a data processing agreement).
11. General
The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if it becomes necessary to do so, subject to any applicable law.
